David W. Cohen

Mr. Cohen has over 20 years experience in the Mining industry. Formerly with Fluor Engineers, he worked in South Africa as Director, Sales & Marketing and as Director of Business Development in the United States. Mr. Cohen was past President and CEO of Northern Orion Resources and was largely responsible for the dramatic turn-around in the company's fortune, with major resource acquisitions, capital raisings and excellent performance. Through his work with Northern Orion, David Cohen is well known in the North American and European capital markets.
Ian Rozier
B.Sc. (Hons), M.Sc., P.Eng.
President/CEO, Director
Mr. Rozier is a Professional Geologist with over 25 years experience in the mining industry. Formerly with Goldfields of South Africa and a partner of Golder Associates, he worked for, or was a consultant to, several major mining companies until 1987. He has been involved in many capital raisings in Canada and Europe and is well known in the Canadian Mining Industry and European capital markets.
Merfyn Roberts

Mr. Roberts has over 30 years experience in the international mining industry and mining finance. He holds a B.Sc. Honours in Geology from Liverpool University, an M.Sc from Oxford University, and is also a Chartered Accountant in the U.K.
John Andrews

Mr. John Andrews has more than 38 years experience in managing mining operations in the precious metals industry in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Botswana and South Africa. John Andrews is a graduate of the Royal School Mines, London and a registered professional engineer in the Province of Ontario, Canada.
John R. Hawkrigg

Mr. Hawkrigg is a Chief Sales Officer of HKMB International Insurance Brokers, Canada's largest privately owned commercial insurance brokerage, and has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry. He holds a B.A. from McMaster University in Ontario, Canada.

Mr. Keep's career in corporate finance has spanned over 20 years, where his responsibilities have included financings, mergers and acquisitions and public company administration. Previously, he held positions as Senior Vice President of Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. and Vice President of Corporate Finance with Yorkton Securities Inc.
Robert J. Gayton
B.Comm., Ph.D., FCA
Director
Dr. Gayton, has a B. Comm. from the University of BC (1962) and a Ph.D. in Business from the University of California, Berkeley (1973). He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario (1979) and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of BC (1994). He formerly served on the boards of Bema Gold, Western Silver Corporation and Northern Orion Resources Inc. He also acted as V.P. Finance for numerous other companies in the resource sector including Noramco Mining, Prime Resources and Western Silver. At Eastplats Dr. Gayton will act as Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Corporate Governance Committee.
Zwlakhe Sisulu

Mr. Sisulu is a former Chairman of New Africa Investments Limited (NAIL) and currently Chairman of Dirleton Minerals and Energy (Pty) Ltd. Mr Sisulu is a prominent businessman involved in South Africa's media, telecoms, agri-business, manufacturing and energy sectors, as well as in the minerals sector through his shareholding in Savannah Resources, which has an approximate 20% shareholding in Aquarius Platinum Limited. Mr. Sisulu also controls Gubevu Consortium Investment, the Company's Black Economic Empowerment ("BEE") partner in Barplats Investments Ltd. which holds the Crocodile River Mine and the Kennedy's Vale Project, and Afriminerals (Proprietary) Limited, the Company's BEE partner in the Spitzkop Project. Mr. Sisulu graduated from the Nieman Fellowship Program for journalism at Harvard University in 1985.
Brian Montpellier

Mr. Montpellier has over 30 years of experience in the mining industry. He
worked with a variety of EPCM contractors as Project Manager and Operations
Manager on base and precious metals projects in North and South America,
Africa, Europe and Asia. He was Vice president at Northern Orion Resources,
responsible for a full bankable feasibility study for the Agua Rica project
in Argentina. With Eastern Platinum he is responsible for technical audits
and reporting to the Board on the managing of capital projects. He is a
member of the Association of Professional Engineers of British Columbia and
the South African Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (SAIMM) and is a
Qualified Person for the purposes of NI 43-101.
Horng Dih (H.D.) Lee

Chief Financial Officer, VP of Finance and Corporate Secretary
Mr. Lee is a chartered accountant with more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance and administration in public mining companies. Prior to joining Eastplats he held senior positions with Diamond Fields Resources Inc., Ivanhoe Mines Ltd., Diamond Fields International Ltd., and Northern Orion Resources.
